David W. Cowles, a native of Los Angeles, California, spent his formative years in the San Fernando Valley. Since 1976, he has been a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Cowles, although inactive, is a member of the California State Bar and is recognized and qualified as a legal advisor and attorney of the United States Supreme Court. He has held leadership positions in various nonprofit organizations and has been honored with Congressional and several other accolades for his dedicated efforts.
Cowles established and acted as the CEO of firms in the photography and finance sectors. He’s piloted his own aircraft, embarked on numerous journeys, and devoted a month of his time as a volunteer for the Israeli Defense Forces.
